Complete Repertory 2005
"The book I was waiting for has arrived. The Complete
Repertory 2005 will be a very good book from a very good year,
like some wine. The additions, the new rubrics, it's simplicity and
user-friendliness will offer many therapeutic possibilities and will
be a tremendous advantage in the use of modern homeopathy. Our gratitude
goes to the author for his hard work and contributions to homeopathy."
Dr Yves Coppé, Belgium
"I had to sit down for this quote and have collected
my thoughts as follows. I have now worked with it a little longer and
I am indeed impressed by Complete Repertory 2005. Roger
has really thought about the structure of the repertory and has brought
perfect order to it. And apart from being Complete, it is very user-friendly.
"Complete Repertory 2005 is not only a fantastic
new edition of this well-known repertory with many additions of small
and new remedies, emphasizing on its name. Because of the large amount
of cross-references and references and the intelligent improvement of
the rubric structure, it has become much more easy to trace symptoms.
It works nearly intuitively. On top of that is has become very easy to
repertorize with larger groups of remedies and to combine/cross them (Boenninghausen's
style repertorization). Therefore a much expanded repertory with a much
better user-friendlness and many more possibilities. I am impressed by
the vision behind it and the implementation of that vision. A huge work
that directs other repertories back to the last century. My many thanks
for this threefold evolution. I wouldn't know what to do without it."

"The current master of the Repertory, Roger
van Zandvoort, once again has delivered to the homeopathic community two
incredible resources, the Complete Repertory 2005 and
the Repertory Universale V. I have been using the Complete
Repertory since its inception many years ago, and each upgrade
has offered a stunning array of up-to-date information which miraculously
keeps pace with our ever-expanding knowledge, techniques and discoveries.
The current versions are the most amazing ones yet! There are thousands
of new rubrics and listings from new provings, family groupings and very
useful cross references. It is not an exaggeration to say that there are
more than double the number of remedy and rubric and cross reference additions
to the last version. Imagine!! This prodigious advance is reflected in
how useful and versatile these repertories are. Far more than a tool to
assist case analysis, I use the these two Repertories for the very effective
study of the Materia Medica. For this reason alone, these Repertories
have my highest praise. Whether you are accustomed to the time-honored
Kent format maintained in Complete 2005 or the brilliantly
reorganized Universale V , these tools greatly facilitate
maneuvering around the massive amount of data. In a word, these repertories
are completely indispensable for each and every serious homeopath."
Linda Johnston MD
"The new Complete Repertory 2005
by Roger van Zandvoort is right on top of the latest information in homeopathy.
The Complete is a wonderful way to keep up and access
the latest homeopathic developments and provings. The new works represent
an accurate translation of all this new information into highly usable
repertory rubrics. Combine this with refining the classical literature
symptoms, Roger van Zandvoort has been able to maintain his usual high
standard and lead the advancement of the profession."

Repertorium Universale
"In the new Universale repertory
I really appreciate the additions of the new remedy provings, since we
experienced in the last years that new remedies are necessary for our
deeper understanding of the "undoubtedly diseased in the patient"
(§3 Organon). We all know that the most striking unusual symptoms
are to be chosen in each diseased case Roger's idea of separation or split
of symptoms in different sections gives a better chance to find the matching
rubrics for the characteristic symptoms."
Anne Schadde RSHom
"Roger Van Zandvoort has introduced ground breaking
initiatives in the creation of a unique Böninghausen structure.
By following this structure and recombining symptoms from generals we
can repertorise safely and effectively, increasing our chances of finding
the best remedy. Roger has also introduced important innovations in
remedy grading, and included many new additions. I can commend the new
Repertorium Universale to the consideration of every
homoeopath."
Jeremy Sherr FSHom
"Roger van Zandvoort's Repertorium Universale is
a precious tool in my daily practice and an invaluable teaching aid. It effectively
reflects the need to "actively listen" to a patient.
The "modalities" are impressively clear (Boenninghausen) while
the repertory also offers a meaningful connection to the classical Kentian
"phenomena". It is, in fact, a flexible tool, which enables
me to adapt my clinical investigation to the phenomenological characteristics
of a patient. That's why I consider Roger's work an actualization of a long-awaited,
expanded approach to the patient, compatible with concepts of anthropological
phenomenology. Repertorium Universale also represents the "probabilistic" nature of any investigation
of reality, as a consequence of the analogical relationship between the
aspects we perceive of the universe. Every aspect investigated, has in
fact, simultaneously, many different links and analogical connections
to other parts and aspects. Every connected Modality, Alternating symptom,
Side, Time, Extension to, and Location represents a virtual door to "Possible
Worlds" (Patients/Remedies). Regardless of any common conceptual
frames, limits and biases we may be bound by, Repertorium Universale offers
an easy and clean structure to directly apply any repertorial search/approach."

Reviews for the Complete Repertory 3.0
"I must give my highest praise to Roger van Zandvoort for his great accomplishment:
the most complete and accurate repertory ever devised. In its every page we
see the dedication and integrity of the editor. While preserving the traditional
language, subtlety and format of our beloved Kent's Repertory, Roger van Zandvoort
has made additions which augment its content and scope. I find the Complete
Repertory indispensable to my practice."
Roger Morrison
"I find the Complete to be indispensible to my practice.
I can't wait to get it in bookform. As Roger, I am one of these old-fashioned
people that love books. It is one of the greatest contributions to Homeopathy
Nancy Herrick
"I appreciate the complex richness of the Complete. I can find a useful
and expanded selection of rubrics and remedies with modern terminology well cross-referenced,
as well as source citations that summon homeopathy's rich history. I look forward
to the book."
Deborah Gordon MD
"One of the most frustrating aspects about the study of Homeopathy is
that vital information is scattered throughout such a huge number of books. The
Complete Repertory is the answer to this dilemma, with entries from multiple
repertories. I have found it invaluable in studying cases. It is easy to use,
and often comes up with curative remedies which I had not thought of for a case.
What more could we ask!"
Peggy Chipkin
"it is the most Complete Repertory so it has earned
its name ... The layout is vitually identical to Kent's layout with even some
changes to the better ... The additions can be verified since every addition
has an author number. Once can decide himself whether or not an author is important
or not."
Guy Kokelenberg
"In the constantly growing and improving Roger van Zandvoort's Complete
Repertory we find a much better deal than in making additions to Kent's Repertory,
with which I have been busy for the last 10 years.
To find some people that are homeopaths in their roots and are even able
to make programs of top-quality is absolutely unique."
Pieter Kuiper
"The constant improvement and enlargement of the Complete
Repertory are
impressive and for me the most important ... It is the wish of every homeopath
to have a really complete repertory and the Complete Repertory is the repertory
to fulfill this wish ... Due to the Complete Repertory every existing book has
become obsolete and incomplete."
Arnold Deckers
"It will provide the means for research that will move homeopathy to
a whole new plane of sophistication."
